Robert M. Link, Esq. is a partner and manages the Civil Litigation Department at David A. Gallo & Associates LLP. Mr. Link is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. Mr. Link handles commercial lease disputes and evictions, commercial litigation, trade secrets and non-competition agreements, real estate, landlord and tenant, condos and co-ops, title litigation, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. He closely tracks the New York legislature to keep clients apprised of significant legal developments and help implement best practices. Mr. Link is a frequent lecturer about real estate and commercial litigation for CLEs and industry forums. His academic articles have been published in trade publications and the New York Law Journal.
